Just a bit of commentary about nothing in particular.
A. I didn't choose anyone who's not even in the race. Yet, anyway.B. I want someone who can beat the Republican candidate. If possible.
Debby: (1) That's your call. But if you really wanted to pick Al Gore, you would have found a way to justify it.(2) I think whether any of these candidates can beat a Republican candidate is going to depend primarily on the identity of the Republican candidate.
Regarding A, I'm not necessarily a Gore voter, just making a case. Don't know if he's right for the presidency. And I don't believe he'll jump into the race. Regarding B, perhaps. Guess I'm more cynical at this point.
