I like Lucky Charms and leprechauns. Corned beef and cabbage smells bad, therefore it was not a choice.
And yes, whether or not you pick Matt Damon or Ben Affleck says something about you. Not as much as it would have in 1999, but it still says something.
Go ahead, make fun my diet, which consistes almost entirely of vodka, green tea, diet coke, steak, cereal, peanut butter, and bagels. It's hard.
The "Ben v. Matt" question is a reflection on your perspective of male celebrity. Is it tall and more traditionally cute -- but doing sell-out things like getting engaged to Jennifer Lopez and making movies like Armageddon, Daredevil and Reindeer Games -- and then trying to redeem himself with a movie like Hollywoodland? Or is it shorter and less traditional leading man looking -- who, while busy not making front page tabloid news, takes starring roles in less popular movies like Rounders and smaller roles in bigger movies like Saving Private Ryan and Oceans Eleven -- until he earned enough credibility to star in the Bourne Identity?
I have to disagree. I don't think anyone could argue that Matt Damon's looks are unconventional in Hollywood. Yes, he is shorter.
A. Cabbage is good for you. B. Mozzarella sticks will clot your arteries. And no, your diet is not that limited, thank goodness, although yes, a lot of us do eat stuff that you don't actually have to prepare.
Justin: I don't know, it was a big topic of debate for me, back when Dogma came out.
Debby: No question, Matt Damon is good looking. But Affleck is more traditional looking.
A. Even if it is good for me, I'm not going to eat something that tastes (and smells) as bad as cabbage. I'd rather eat other vegetables. B. I eat mozzarella sticks like once a month. I'm much more likely to be eating any of the things on my list. In fact, I can pretty much guarantee that on any given day, I have at least three of them.
But for dinner tonight, I'm eating salmon and whole-wheat cheese tortellini (thank you, Harris Teeter).
Debby: I agree that I will no longer tell you that stuff you like to eat is yucky. But you didn't have to go and remove your posts!
I do not like Corned Beef and Cabbage. Thus, it was not on my list of favorite things about St. Patrick's Day. I did, however, briefly consider it. Then again, I also briefly considered including leprechauns, but decided to only include things that are real. Next time, I will endeavor to be more inclusive.
When Dogma came out, that's one thing, but they've really gone in opposite directions since then. I'm not really an Affleck hater... he's respectible, but Damon is clearly the bigger talent, and will have the more enduring career.
Justin: The underlying question of the poll is really what's more crucial to you in judging a movie star -- talent or celebrity? The actual question is really just an example.

That poll was an easy choice for me. Think it says something about you, depending on which one you pick?

Damon. This is the biggest no-brainer poll question ever.
