Jason: I've had the DVDs for over a year, but hadn't gotten around to watching the last three episodes until yesterday. It's a great show, but I can see how it was not mainstream enough to be successful on FOX. I'm cynical enough now to see that TV is a business, not a creative outlet. Maybe it would have done better on the WB or cable, somewhere that tends to cultivate critically-acclaimed/lower-rated shows.
For those that haven't seen it yet, it's definitely worth the time.
You're absolutely right. Last year I blogged a long eulogy to Arrested Development as it suffered from a similar fate (but somehow lasted almost 3 seasons). I just wish Wonderfalls could have made it a little longer.

Why is it that I think you're waiting for me to comment on this one?
I'm not. Really. If I wanted you to comment, I would have said something about you dressing up like Pee Wee Herman, or posted a picture, or something.
It was a good interview.
And if I were paying attention, I would have told everyone that they should be watching Pee Wee's Playhouse on Adult Swim.
Ah, Wonderfalls. Yet another brilliant show unceremoniously dumped by FOX.
