Last night's Project Runway

Since I went to the ballgame last night, I'm just getting the chance to watch last night's Project Runway.

To begin with, I'm still in shock that Malan went home last week, and Angela didn't. Poor Malan, he seems so weird and sad. I'm definitely rooting for him to be successful now.

And on last night's episode, Keith was a giant asshole. "There wasn't any good execution on that stage except for mine."

Hello, ego.

His dress might have been good, but he should have been disqualified for not following the rules. And then, he fought with the judges when they called him on it? I'm so hoping it's true that he's the one that gets kicked off next week.

Speaking of Project Runway, did anyone else see the article about the impact of the show on fashion schools (and vice-versa)? Very interesting.

And here's the WaPo Express's list of the 10 Reasons to Love Tim Gunn.

Aw c'mon, Project Runway is so psuedo. Now Pimp My Ride -- that's authentic!

Right now, I'm all about Project Runway and Rock Star. I don't even think I watched reality TV until last summer.

When I was a kid, about 10 or so, I used to sketch outfits and design clothes for my dolls. I wanted to be a designer, until I realized that I have no discernable talent. But I still love looking at fashion magazines. The show is kind of like that for me.

Malan was so full of him self and a phony, I couldn't stand his voice. I like Keith he is full of himself, but he has the goods to back it up. I don't think he will be the one to go home too ovious. Originally I thought it might be Bradly, or Luara, but I'm nor sure any more. As for Angela I think she has will skate by a couple more weeks she will be that one horible designer that is always in the bottom three but not eliminated.

Also, I'm not a member of PETA snd do not feel that pets are equal to humans, but referring to tham as a fation accessory as they were a hand bag is kind of horrible thay are still living things.

That's rather sad, Dara. When I was a yougin, I wanted to be the next e.e. cummings and look at me now. Well, OK, dreams suck sometimes.

Inbal: I originally felt that way about Malan, too. But then on that last episode, he seemed so misunderstood and sad. Not full of himself at all.

His laugh was really annoying, though.

Keith's an a-hole. His dresses are nice, but no better than Kayne, Robert, or Uli. And I would never have thought he was the one to go home, except that's the gossip on the net. The Bravo teasers seemed to point to Kayne, though. We'll see next week . . .

Mad: I don't think it's sad that I'm not a designer. My stuff would be lame -- way too conservative. I think it's more sad that I don't have time to write anymore, except on this thing.

And, economically speaking, my highest and best use is as a tax lawyer.

If everyone's childhood dreams came true all the time, no one would be doing the real work. Well, except for policemen, firemen, and astronauts.

And, your dream of being the next e.e. cummings isn't so far off. You still write poetry, no?

Heh, I would never call this crap I do poetry.
