This evening's cooking class was very fun. It was held by this company called Company's Coming, and we learned how to make a salad with fennel, orzo with red peppers and ricotta salata, and we grilled chorizo, beef skewers, and shrimp skewers with sun-dried-tomato and basil. For dessert, we made a creme brulee of sorts, a yogurt-based filling with peaches and raspberries, topped with brown sugar, and broiled.
Dee-licious!

I love anything with sun dried tomatoes, YUM!
The shrimp went surprisingly well with the sun dried tomatoes.
I liked the orzo and the beef kabobs the best, though. I think I'm going to try to make the orzo again.
